At ELEGANCE Unisex Salon, our stylists dedicate their time exclusively to your scheduled slot. When an appointment is cancelled without sufficient warning, we lose the opportunity to fill that slot.

1. Cancellation Window

We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointments at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled slot. This allows us to offer the slot to waitlisted clients.

2. Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your slot up to 2 hours before the appointment, subject to slot and stylist availability. Rescheduling within 2 hours of the appointment is treated under cancellation.

3. Repeat No-Shows

Clients with three consecutive "No-Shows" (failing to arrive without cancellation warnings) may be restricted from utilizing the online booking scheduler and requested to walk in instead.
